"Friends are like walls, sometimes you lean on them and sometimes it's just enough to know they're there"
I believe true friendships show thru actions..
"A friend is like the north star, you look to them when you lose your way"
yeah it's really easy to be there for a friend when everythings great and dandy. But when thing get tough and when you need someone there for you throughout is when the testing comes. The real testing comes when there are quarrels and how well you HUG IT OUT.. make it or break it stage.. friendships and relationships alike..
"A friend is someone who walks in when the rest of the world walks out"
I've had my rough stages in life. Unfortunately many of them that i prefer to leave behind me and some that I look back and am like ... "JEEZ how the heck am i still alive?" There are probably a handful of times that I could have gone crazy in my psychologically unstable stages but due to friendships and kindred spirits I came through alive and sanely well! maybe even BETTER! Praise God! I'm realizing more and more how I'm very sacrifical in my friendships. I'd sacrifice my eyeballs like "because i'm a girl"- KISS MV portrays or my donate my organs or my heart like Will Smith illustrated in SEVEN POUNDS. I sense that I'm like this cuz my mom was always sacrifical to us. She demonstrated how much she loved my brother and I through the hard work she put in as a single mother raising 2 bastard kids. The long hours of extra work so she could make a living for my brother and I to be comfortable. As I am getting older I'm realizing things that I did not see when I was younger. It's crazy how my parents, in whom I used to confide in, have the greatest influence on me NOW than ever before. And I'm sure later on in life as I get older and wrinkley-er, that memory that was once so distant will come to rekindle a nerve in my brain and function it to remember back, stronger than ever before. Both my mother and my father was, is and will be my greatest friends. People who you're just stuck with. Like it or not. They're my backbone when I'm paralyzed and cannot function. They're the one's who give the greatest advice, somehow they JUST KNOW!.. like TRUE/REAL/GREAT friends should~
"Through life we suffer, through friends we never have to suffer alone"
Be thankful for your friendships, relationships, & space ships.
"A friend is like a teddy bear; you hug it and cry to it when you're sad.. you talk to it when you feel alone.. it doesn't matter what color, size, or condition it's in, they're there for you no matter what"
-live productively
"A friend loveth at all times" -Prov 17:17
